It's come a long way, recently installed it on a friend's computer and after a week using it he exclaimed "It's better than Outlook".

@jaden: i.e. what book to read next?

I'd like to see more mobile OSs added to the mix, perhaps OS6 once it's released and Palm's webOS.

My favourite mobile operating system when it comes to the user experience is Palm's webOS.

The best addition is Flash. The other features I've had for a little while on my webOS phone so I'm not particularly impressed. A really nice update all the same.

Great article. Particularly liked the suggestion of an alarm at night to prompt you to prepare for the following day and the push-ups to wake you up in the morning. Will be implementing both of these into my daily routine.

@Prairie Moon: I'm not a troll. Apologising before an off-topic post doesn't make it better. At the bottom of the site there's a 'Report a Bug' button, next time click it and stop littering articles with off-topic comments.

I can't take Google Docs seriously, it looks like it's been built by a five year old as do all Google web applications. Boy do they need to hire designers and UXD specialists, like, yesterday. Luckily functionality in most of their applications means I ignore their inadequacy in other areas.

I'm most excited by the possibility of a webOS tablet. It's such an elegant operating system that's an absolute pleasure to use.

@Prairie Moon: Seriously? Someone remove this man's star.

This feature is built into Zumodrive which I'd recommend over Dropbox. They're pretty similar but Zumodrive just edges it for being a bit easier to use and having a couple of more features.

I don't see InstaPaper making an optimisation? Do I need an iPhone with the app to take advantage of that? Accessing the InstaPaper website on my Pre is just links me to the stories?

I use bullet points as markers on which I expand. What's annoying is when people list bullet points and simply read them out? What's the... point, in that?

@Duane: Thanks Duane, I'll take a look.

What about users who recently bought Office 2007, aren't they eligible for a free upgrade? Do we really have to wait until it's available in the shops. Damn.

@soldstatic: Plenty of duplicate file finders out there matey, do a Google.

Seems pretty cool but doesn't appear to have the same scope as MediaMonkey (what I currently use). Nice that it's tightly integrated into Windows Media Player though, I do not like having two very separate programs.

And how does this website make money? I can't see it being around for very long.

I use MediaMonkey to manage my music collection and Windows Media Player to listen to it.
