It’s understandable. And I think it would quite a fantastic combo. Closest thing mere mortals could ever come to actually driving a 787b.

Well I wouldn’t say “Replica” because it does look a bit different then a 787b. However I think calling it a 787b “tribute” would be much more appropriate and accurate.

It would appear that there are definitely different beliefs on this. I was just going by what I have always seen/read/heard.

Just watched the video. Pretty sure you are NEVER supposed to cross your arms when turning during any sort of high performance driving because of precisely what happened: Car goes fubar and you cant react properly because your arms are tied up.

Eh. GM can shove it.

Oh I am not saying that you couldn’t make it work, especially given a rotarys small packaging. I was just saying that because they are designed to be plug and play with SBCs (maybe even LSx’s at this point)

I’ve wanted one of these for so long. I know they are setup for SBC’s but I’d love to stick a Mazda 20b Rotary in it. Maybe paint it checkered lime green and neon orange to while I am at it.

Bently GT kits for Chrysler Sebrings. Because why not use one of the worst cars ever made.

Love the wheels but that interior color and wood grain combo look horrendous

Anybody know just how heavy this piece of ballast was/is?

And I bet they will all be rusty as hell in 5-10 years time.

Gotcha. Shit happens.

I know. I refered to it as such in my original post.

You do realize it was only badged as and acura in the US right?

The original NSX. A super light mid engine Ferrari competitor from ......HONDA?!?!?!!

I had the same issue with progressive, despite only being a customer for 3 years. Switched to allstate even after their “please don’t leave” price.

I think this has more to do with the Undersquare / long stroke of 92.8MM. You see the affects of this with the peak power in the low 5000’s. This is only 2.5 MM less then a Chevrolet 400 Small block.

I’d really love to see the gulf R400 put on a dyno so we could see what the powerband looks like.
