It's happened twice. Both on the second leg of trips to India for work. (The first time was with Etihad and the second was on Qatar.) The second time I had the lowest tier of status on OneWorld, the first time I had no status. That was... 2013 and 2014. I sort of wondered if they had an algorithm that measured fatigue…
