I’m not sure where this whole “vegans want to be healthier” thing comes from. All Vegans I know are in it for the animals. I love the fact that I can now go to almost any fast food chain and grab a burger with my friends. 

People thinking that vegetarians want to be super healthy all the time (or at all) is the reason why so many burger places have a black bean patty on a multigrain bun. Stop bring silly, restaurant.

I’m a number 3. If I’m going to have a fast food burger and there’s an alternative source that’s not from an animal - I’ll take that one. Make it more acceptable and maybe in the future it’ll become more commonplace.
