I don’t know. Design aside, I don’t think I’d be comfortable driving around in something called a ‘Honky’.

It looks more like what a Lincoln should be. No Jeep at all. And I like it.

The Santa Cruz has been selling above MSRP and is fully sold out. The Maverick has been selling above MSRP and is fully sold out. Until the demand backlog for anything with 4 wheels is resolved, it’ll be really hard to tell what’s a “success” and what’s not.

The scariest part is how quickly the driver turns to justifying what happened. That level of blind support for anything is a commentary on so much of what is happening around us... on either side of any issue.

Strange, I was told that this administration would only be taxing the rich, but now they want PayPal to narc on my side hustle so they can collect $60 extra per year from me.

I am of the opinion that we are far past the point where anything humans can do will put off the coming climate apocalypse. It isn’t that there isn’t something that can be done, but that humies in general are too stupid, selfish, and self-delusional to collectively adopt those mitigation measures. There are just too

A very important detail right there.

The Rivian also starts at $70k, the Hummer at $100k+......

What’s your point?

Unless Jason meant property tax, which is based on the assessed value of the house?

You typed that as if anybody could have trusted Nissan of the mid ‘00s to get it right. But Nissan knocked it out of the park.

In a statement to the press, Waller Sheriff Rosco P. Coletrane stated that the youth was quite simply a “good ol boy”, and furthermore “wasn’t meanin’ no harm”.

NEUTRAL: I drove a loaner Corolla when my wife’s Miata was in the shop after a fender-bender. It was a Good Car™ with a surprisingly nice interior for Enterprise’s rental-spec. It handled Well, the suspension was Comfortable with Good road feel, and the steering was Nice & communicative. I definitely missed the

I have a tough time calling this “technically” a Lotus. Lotus adjacent maybe? Most of the parts are there, but the meager number of first-hand driving impressions show that things are amiss: the ride height is higher (Korean roads in 1995), the Lotus suspension tuning is gone, and the Isuzu setup--which is just okay

Someone probably should have foreseen this….

I don’t understand that outrage of wanting to paint Air Force One with the colors of our national flag.

I mean the light blue and gold look nice but they are not exactly USA colors?

No one’s outraged that he wanted to use red, white, and blue.

I believe they have a small generator (400W?), but nothing comparable to the F-150.

I really wanted to like it but I think they took a swing and miss here. I mean it’ll probably be stupid reliable which is great but it looks like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. I also think not having the ability to use it like a generator similar to the F-150 hybrid is a mistake.

You choose your car off of your least frequent trip? People with the money for this car are grabbing a flight and a rental. Lucid is obviously not looking at the same segment as the volt. That said the Volt is an under rated car. It’s really very good.
