In the original there were always rumours of a cut side quest censoring around the this man is sick guy, to fix that thing you mentioned.  I hope they consider adding something like that.

I get your point but I personally believe that they will have to finish once they start.  It’s got such a big fanbase and they’re a long standing reputable developer.  It’s also the golden egg for them.  The only way I can’t see it is if it doesn’t sell, but if the first part is good then it will.

Exactly! I was making this little puzzle game in Dreams the past few weeks and I spent literally a fortnight making one room, a ui, some NPCs and things. I then decided to do another room and it took me a day. Because you’ve already got your UI and your base models and your music and your movement etc.

Honestly and I say this with the kindest of intention, perhaps a remake isn’t for you. There’s some people that are just way too into the original and that’s fine and that’s always going to be there.  Can’t help but think you will be disappointed regardless of what they do.

I loved the demo. In just that small amount of time they made me understand why they actually hire Cloud for the job - he distracts everything while they sneak past.
