Actually, looking into news in the area, the cops are like this to everyone, including whites :)

This can and does happen to people of all races, from police officers of all races.

Because there is no consequences.

They’d do the same thing to hillbilly bob.

The cops press the false charges to protect themselves. It also fits the general narrative that the victim is complicit in his own harm.

Here’s what always gets me. Once the cops find out it’s his own car and that he really wasn’t resisting (but of course they’ll say he was), why would they continue to press charges? That’s such troll behavior.
