Its pretty hard to do this without mold forming if you live in warm, humid environments (or if you forget to rinse twice a day) but I’ve found adding a few drops of hydrogen peroxide to the water you use to rinse once every two days helps prevent it.

14,000 gallons in a truck???  That is double what is allowed in tankers in many states.  Just for the weight impact on roadways and bridges that number seems outrageous.  

Less than you’d think. I was in the deep south during this time and one Chinese restaurant put up a sign “No MSG in our food” and they quickly became the most popular restaurant in our town. Looking back its strange how health conscious everyone was about MSG but still drank 4 cups of sugar per day in their sweet tea.
