I actually just ran out the door and down to the floor level. popped a stealth boy, let the protectron I released earlier take out most of the regular forged and killed the boss from distance. All it cost me was 5 minutes and 1 stimpak.

Being that I have been in parts sales at an Dealership level for almost 20yrs I do speak from experience that on numerous occasions by simply putting the screws back into the rotors after the shade tree mechanic said "you don’t need these, they only put them on to hold the rotor in place on the manufacturing line" and…
Believe it or not, these do have a purpose. Not all rotors are made to exacting specifications. these screws keep the rotor from shifting forwards and backwards when applying the brakes which can and does cause vibrations while braking.
