I disagree. I would be amenable to applying said background check to tenants first month rent, but I would also have a higher amount requested for the check, say $250. I would stipulate what would disqualify you up front.

My son, 20, just asked my this question. I told him at his age, I never rested. I might not go to the gym every day, but I still did something. Mostly I did cardio and weight trained M-F then sat/Sun were outdoor activities.
