Incorrect! Eggs are parve (neither meat nor dairy), meaning they can be served with either meat or dairy. Some traditions don’t mix meat with fish (though fish is also parve), but that’s neither here not there really.

Chicken in an omelet isn’t very good, either. I do have one exception to this rule though: Chicken fried rice.
