That reminds me of a supposed lawsuit by the Dodgers I once heard of.  Supposedly they sued a business in NY that called itself Dodgers on a “look and feel” claim. The judge is said to have tossed it on the basis of nobody in their right mind would want to be associated with the Dodgers after the war they left NY.

Maybe it really is time we stop giving white people who seek to weaponize the police against Black people cutesy little nicknames like “BBQ Becky” or “Central Park Karen.”

Fuck you.

You...seriously don’t know? *speaking of wytpipoing :D

In a few weeks? You mean you haven’t been doing it already?

If you’re making other purchases on your Apple Card and not paying them off in full each month, but a significant portion of your minimum payment is taken up by your phone installment, you could end up paying more interest on the rest of your purchases and need to take more time to pay them off.

God will let you slide on that one.

I fail to understand these myself. Giving up data for free usage of services is the foundation of how the internet has grown and become such a part of our lives. The fearmongering is a bit ridiculous. If people think Google has a lot of data on them, they should see what their ISP and phone provider have and actively

Every time one of these articles pops up, I always wonder why everyone gets so bent out of shape about what information “the internets” collects. Like, if I’m going to see and ignore an ad, I’d rather it be something relevant to me, than an ad for blank VHS tapes, or something. As long as you aren’t trying to hide dead

If you believe a word of what you wrote, you’re short. Sorry, but its the truth.

If you’re tall and have long legs, your knees are in the back of the seat in front of you even when its fully upright.

If you ever sat in front of me, you wouldn’t be reclining.  I guarantee it.

I’m sorry to break the news to you but you are in fact tiny.

How tall are you? I’m nearly 6'3" and my knees are pretty much in the back of the seat without them reclining. I’m okay with them reclining a little but there’s a point where they have to stop. If you recline all the way back, my confrontational attitude is going to come knocking.

Amen. If you can open the tray table, you don’t need one of these. My knees also prevent seat reclining naturally.

The person in front of me is not going to recline, whether they want to or not, because there is physically no space for them to do so. But I don’t care for these devices. Why? Because to use them, you have to be able to lower the tray table. If you can do that, then you have at least some room you can sacrifice.  I

5'8" “not tiny? lol.

where a “concerned parent” discovered them and alerted an impacted university.

I saw a UAW protester the other day who brought her kids to the picket line midweek. And they were like 7-13 years old, holding picket signs. My first thought was... “These kids should be in school, why are they here? Well.... I guess who needs an education when you have a union?” Which really drove home, for me, that
