I think Hyundai makes gensets, switchgear, and transformers of adquate capacity to do mobile fast charging. You might have to get a third party to package it all on a trailer though.

I gotta say that the scooters of the 1980s were much easier to ride and much faster than the Razor scooter and similar types. The tiny wheels and short trail on the steering made the Razor very unstable by comparison.
