Get ready for the Charger P100D and Ram Model X.

I’m not sure electric pickups are right for the consumer market. In my observations, pickups are more often owned by those in suburban and rural areas where transit and delivery are not as available or cost effective. As such, having a vehicle that can move large objects, however seldom, is attractive. hence the

I don’t know the history of the one I drove. Rental cars get abused often enough.

I just have to say, in my limited experience with the PT Snoozer, the fuel mileage was not good. 21-26 mpg in all highway conditions. I wasn’t even trying to drive it fast.

This makes me miss beaterz.com. It’s defunct now but once held pictures of poorly modified cars. Many of them were so ridiculous that one thought the owner might be in on the joke.

This is going to cause so much trouble when you try to import that JDM Nissotabishi Si-R.GT Spec V in 26 years. It’ll be so fast except it won’t let you pass anyone legally.

I like a bit of sidewall. Tire compliance to aid in gripping the road is a good thing. It’s unfortunate that looks seem to dominate wheel sizing decisions. I don’t know what else there is to justify large wheels on so many cars and trucks.

Bonus points if you can heel and toe shift in heels.

Now playing

When it comes to optimal driving position, forget that gangsta lean. Get your knees flexin’ and your arms T-rexin’, do the creep.

That Kenwood system was bespoke for the F1. It was specially designed to be lighter than any reasonable system that they might have put in any other car. At the time, Kenwood was a premier vehicle audio equipment provider.

Hotties will congregate where you pay them to congregate. If you can afford an F1, that’s within your means too. However, I don’t think that’s what F1 owners do. I think that’s what Bugatti owners do.

That makes sense.

Under $8k probably does not include bribery. Fancy steakhouse food and alcohol for 10 people would run up that much. 3 or 4 courses a la carte for each with several drinks. Yeah, that kind of money can happen pretty easily. I mean I’ve done obscenely wonderful dinner for two at near $700. A bit more than twice that

I don’t think the average wage for assembly line work is over $45/hour. I would guess that the wage is something like $25/hour-$30/hour$45/hour is somewhat low for a fully burdened rate (inclusive of all employee costs and put into an hourly average).

I’ve only recently figured out that there are other chans beyond 4chan. I’ve also figured out that I want no part of them.

NASA has to do a lot to justify their budget to sketptics. Skeptics can yell very loudly to their legislators to defund NASA. In effect, NASA has to care what people believe about them, otherwise they’ll not have money to continue.

Water. Water floats their boats.

Depending on the rulebook, I think 400 lb is doable. Safety equipment can get heavy. That could put a total vehicle weight with driver under 600 lb, and power to the wheels near 200 hp. 3 lb/hp is a hell of a weight to power ratio. Launching that could get rough on a Hayabusa clutch pack, but damn would it be a riot.
