It's not the same nor is it more polished. Reach is bad by comparison. The new TU will help.

Eh since it's mostly about gameplay and less about graphics it's not that important. Get it for whatever platform you got the most friends to play with. If not the 360 version will probably have a larger community than the PS3, maybe even of all 3.

The limited rotation of the 21UX made that feature less inviting. All the drawing applications I use have a canvas rotation feature built in. It's faster and easier than moving the screen anyway.

Ha yes. Personally I don't think he is as vital to Apple as Dieter was to Braun, but the more well designed products in the world the better. He has done a fine job and is a talented designer.

Just an FYI, last time (and the only time) I was at Braun, in their museum of products they had a section with mac stuff and Braun stuff lined up next to each other. In the article explaining that section, they quote the Gizmodo article that I think Jesus wrote.

It's not just the age that makes it valuable. It's a part of design history.

It's an interesting dynamic there these days. I've visited their design offices, spoke with their director and some of their designers, etc. They really lost touch with their design language, or at least the one set in place by Dieter Rams.

I think the point is auto correct is off by default in search fields in Android. Maybe TouchWiz or Blur or some other random incarnation of Android does that. He also specifically said phones and searching on an Android market wouldn't auto correct to anything.

It's called simultaneous controls. It's a fun trick to play around with. You can also do it in reverse where you take two different colors and make them look identical. It was an exercise I had to do as apart of my foundation year of design school.

I too, never having played a BF game, was curious about this. XBL has a demo for BF:BC and I downloaded to try it out. The first thing that bugged me was the controls. The responsiveness was just not there and it didn't seem fluid like other games, most notably CoD. Don't know if it got better in BF:BC2, but I wasn't

Skype or a phone are hardly alternatives for party chat. I'm not going to be on Skype and on my 360 at the same time. Not to mention having to gather skype names from people online just to invite them to my party chat which would then require them to have skype, a computer nearby and a different mic for that as well.

The only other potential problem with in-game DRM is people see it online (errors/glitches) (not experience it) and never understand that it was because it was pirated and think it's because the game sucks. Or people never bother to figure out the cause and just think the game sucks.

Elite is a service built into the game, it's on the web and it's also on major mobile OSs. Stat tracking, clans, connecting with players, heat maps, etc. that's all free and what you would expect from a game. A premium account would net you some other bonuses like competitions/clan ranks), but in fact the majority of

Cool. I didn't realize that. I'm interested in checking it out, but not buying it for $90 just yet. Also curious to see how comfortable it is. I'm more than happy with the basic 360 controllers.

It was a 50/50 split for the race. One side won, neither is the future.

It's a Mad Catz controller. They aren't exactly known for their quality. I'd be skeptical to buy that controller from them. The 360 controller is super durable and cheap as it. I can't imagine why the MLG players would want that outside maybe the detachable cord? Maybe it helps the 360 CoD players who are forced to

Ergonomics. Doesn't matter how it "looks".

Yeah and I'm exactly the opposite on almost all of your points. It's just down to preference. The 360 has a new d-pad (this looks like the old one, no telling how it performs).

Go back and play CoD 2 MP. I think you are sadly mistaken. This isn't new. Also why did you just jump from MP to SP and switch generations of weapons. It's not a surprise WW2 weapons are less accurate and effective (even though they played just the same as the current ones do) The SP campaign's historical accuracy

You listed SMGs. That's the reality of SMGs. They are short ranged, high rate of fire weapons. You CAN shoot someone at a distance, but it's not like an AR or Sniper. The problem you may be referring to is simply that CoD is a close quarters shooter. It's about movement and speed, not lying down in the grass a mile
