It was one of those things were the US lost the game more than Japan beating them. Japan was outplayed for 90% of regulation and OT. In that 10% they made their mistakes and gave Japan 2 goals. That said, the US absolutely crumbled in PKs.

Microsoft puts out great hardware in that Xbox/Zune division. They also put out the best software for consoles. They are doing just fine without Sony, in fact they are doing very very well.

You are wrong. Everything they have announced or talked about yet has been part of the FREE version of Elite. They have yet to detail any of the subscription based features outside of (included DLC) or a price. Elite will be subscription based for extras, like Bungie.net and paying to get extra upload space.

The best advice is to just keep it simple and legible. It also helps to project it every now and then while you are working to check your sizes.

They showed gameplay at E3. This looked like Uncharted, but the Lara Croft version. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with that. Uncharted is an amazing game, this has the same potential (could be even better).

Well I don't think it's fact. I just think it's equally stupid to assume that they were just collatoral damage and take comfort in the fact that a completely unrelated hacking group when on a completely unrelated hacking spree. Even if LulzSec did do it, it would most certainly be with reason (like the rest of their

Anyone have CoD Elite? Impressions? Didn't it start?

Thank you. The more I reread that statement the more I'm annoyed with what they said. They most certainly were attacked because of who they are and what they were doing. To think otherwise seems like they are dismissing their behavior and acting like they were collateral damage.

They went down first and they went down hard, the rest was just collateral damage.

I just buy all multi-platform games for the 360. I'll probably only sell it if I can get a couple games out of it and I can pawn it off easily on someone. Otherwise, the hassle will probably be too much for a low return on investment (like all consoles). Uncharted 2 is probably one of, if not my favorite, games on

"In the beginning we were very concerned that we were the focal point for this attack, and it was all about Sony, and what was Sony doing," he said. "But over time, the company learned that a wide variety of sites had been hit, including government institutions and other companies."

You know for me Netflix on the PS3 just has never been as responsive as the 360. I don't know why, but instant streaming has just always been better on my 360. I now have a laptop with a blu-ray player and am going to cancel that part of the service anyways since it's another $2 on top of the DVDs I rarely watch.

That I'll pick up? Gears 3. Undecided on Rage, Skyrim and a MW shooter. I'll wait for a Rage review, I don't think Skyrim is my kind of game, but I'll probably get it and I may or may not get MW3/BF3 depending on how Gears goes. Hopefully well enough to not need to get another MW shooter.

The increase in Netflix prices has done more than just annoy me. It's got me (90% sure) selling my PS3. I like some of the exclusives (love Uncharted), but I mostly just used it for watching movies. Now with prices up, I'll go streaming only, and sell the PS3 for cash towards some fall games for the 360.

Just let me try it out. Then I'll let you know about the whole "buying MW3 / CoD Elite" thing.

Everything Elite and Battlelog have announced has been free so far. I haven't watched it step for step, but from what I've seen of both is all free and offering a similar experience.

This is not different from what others have been doing for awhile. Bungie.net has been doing this for awhile. CoD will be doing this. BF3 is just another BF, MW3 is another CoD, Halo another Halo, they are a series. It's not a great departure from the core of the series, it rarely is.

id invented the FPS, that's what they do. They are selling it short because what they want to sell is an id FPS. For me, I'm interested but I got no desire to ever invest until I see some reviews and maybe a rent. My guess is all the extras don't really add a ton of depth to the game and that in the end it's just an

I don't know what gametypes you play, but I almost never get killed by someone with a sniper. I rarely see them used. Top guns without a doubt are the FAMAS/AK74u. You might get 1 guy sniping in a game for every 5 people using a FAMAS. Snipers are absolutely terrible in Blops. MW2 they were a lot better.

Shipment/Nuketown are absolute nonsense. Rust was small and vertical and actually played well. Mostly the maps are just poorly designed. The addition of a billion different perks and killstreaks hasn't helped. Blops did it right where your killstreak kills do not count towards earning killstreaks. Getting 11 kills in
