And the nostalgia they’re mining is with 30-40 year olds that played Halo LAN games in college, people who now have jobs, families, and other responsibilities. We don’t have the time to play through 100-200 hours of matches to unlock the sweet unlock we bought the pass for. It should be structured to where you’re…
NO MORE FKING “BATTLE PASSES.” I’m tired of this crap. Developers aren’t making good games anymore, they’re just making tons of FOMO so they can try to keep the impulse spenders on the hamster wheel for as long as possible.
Also, enough with these stupid “Seasons” with exclusive content that is released all of one…
If you’re too much of baby not to cry when seeing yourself low on the scoreboard then you shouldn’t be playing a competitive multiplayer shooter. Hiding stats from players who want to know as much as possible to improve their performance is a stupid design decision.
I like to see where I personally rank in relation to others playing. I have never in my entire life bothered someone for how they are doing in a video game. Additionally, there’s not even a voice chat feature. If you can’t handle some online harassment, which is extremely easy to block, that’s a you problem.
I get that argument. I loved when Heroes of the Storm did that in a notoriously toxic genre. That said: I have played the last 2 Battlefields extensively and I have seen almost no toxicity playing online. It’s also pretty much impossible to target anybody because you have no idea who’s who anyway.
guess you’re a bottom aren’t ya
Apply this same level of scrutiny to all the lifelong congressional millionaires who definitely shouldn’t be millionaires. I'll wait.
Did we all miss the line that he donated $28 million to charity. Seriously, nothing pleases you people.
THE FUCK is up with the naming convention in that family?
Exactly that. She is actually still putting 25% down on it.
The gotcha though is that if she never sells and then she dies. If she has heirs, they will get what’s called step-up basis meaning, for purposes of taxes, they get the asset at the price at which it was when she died. So if it’s worth 4 million when she died and then her heir sells it at 4million and 1 dollar, only…
And also not a comp structurally. You’re comparing the aggregate construction cost of a government funded/operated facility versus the perceived net present value of cash flows tied to a private business. It’s completely irrelevant.
That is... in no way a comp for a gas station.
Feels like this article could have used the input of someone that actually understand taxes.
It sounds like you got the point of the show. You’re creating discussion. About sexism, depravity, etc.
