That's generally true of any common fabrics. The trouble comes when you don't do that. And with every easy care shirt I've ever had (I won't buy them anymore) it has been harder to get the wrinkles out once you do get them than it has been with anything I've had that is not advertised as "easy care".

You could. But as a person who likes neither, I find I like tots even less than hash browns.

I said this as a reply to another comment, but I think where this stands out is the idea that you might want hash browns for breakfast and not otherwise have considered that the tater tots you might have in your freezer for a dinner or lunch can be converted into a passable substitute.

You're pointing out the complaints about this hack when what you have to say afterwards is essentially what half of the complaints are saying — buy frozen hash browns instead.

Still waiting for it....

The premise is all wrong. The reason you put peanut butter on both pieces of bread is because peanut butter is awesome. Jellies and jams are nothing more than sandwich lubricant with a little bit of flavor enhancement. As a bonus, if you put the peanut butter on both slices, you can call an audible and go with two

It shouldn't be a problem, really. But it can be. Two instances I can think of are (1) brown-bagging a PB&J and (2) Not stirring the jelly a bit and applying that first runny bit directly to the bread.

Soggy bread and dripping jelly are two completely different problems. So there :P

Crunch or smooth, I put the bread in the toaster just long enough to crisp the surfaces. Not long enough to brown it, nor long enough to crisp the interior. Just the surface.

Eric, you gotta reference the good stuff for the past. Lifehacker cross-posted this a while back.

In my experience, "easy care" never is.

I don't like creases and I don't need a stiff press but the reason I iron my clothes is because none of the methods listed give you the press that I want. I remember when Downy started selling that wrinkle reducer and tried to sell people on a casual press. Silliness. Maybe that is what you want, but it is not a

I think the idea was to present it with arguments that would be more easily recognizable. That is to say, "cal -3" wouldn't necessarily be clear to someone unfamiliar with the command. Granted, seeing it in action would makes it more clear, but there's little ambiguity when you see cal 10 2013 and get a calendar

That still is begging to become a meme.

Money not does protect one from social embarrassment. At best, it allows it to be quickly dismissed.

Saying nothing for the quality of the ideas and the future regrets they may lead to. I can't help but laugh because reading the title, I envision a pickup truck in a lake.

I could care less about not finishing a game. Perfect Dark, N64. Still haven't beat that last boss. But I don't like to not finish a book. I don't stress about it. I don't feel bad about it, but I prefer to finish it. And I will stick with it. It may take a year, but I will get through it. On my time. When

Thinking about the camera tip, it seems like you would also give yourself a steadier shot in contrast to the jarring you might impart by tapping. Maybe the motion isn't significant enough to matter as your other hand may be enough of a damper. Just a thought.

I did a Hackerspace write-up on this yesterday. If I may link-drop myself,

I'm quite calm. I ask because I'm interested. If you can think of some cases, I'd love to know them to put them in the bank. Not for nothing, but I do notice this article gives one specific case. Giving one example is a bit out of the ordinary when LH gives tips like this. I'm rather curious.
