I'm more than satisfied with this. The human animation is not particularly fluid but the backgrounds and design are sharp and sleek-looking which was definitely not the case in the original broadcast. Power, as a lost story, has been so built up in people's minds that those disappointed with this version would

I don't know. The whole line reading seemed a little fishy. It had the same hesitant quality he has when piggybacking on other people's ideas. I'm paraphrasing but when he said "Oh yeah, lots" in reply to Cisco's question about sentient apes on Earth 19 it seemed like he was either lying or covering something. The

Maybe someone has mentioned this already, but it seems to me that dubbing the aliens "Abbott and Costello" is a direct reference to the circular nature of their most famous bit 'Who's on First". The routine has the potential to go on endlessly, always curving back on itself, much like the aliens' non-linear

Even so, his speech patterns and voice would also be essentially the same. For her to show zero reaction or confusion is beyond even the massive suspension of disbelief required for a show like this. Everyone has telltale traits that don't change with age whether they're physical like scars, moles and gestures or

Snape won't be showing up. It's already been confirmed that the series will end in 1945 which was the year that Dumbledore defeated Grindelwald. Considering the year, I wouldn't be surprised if Grindelwald wasn't also linked either implicitly or explicitly to the rise and fall of the Third Reich. Hitler was

I'm saying that she would at least be taken aback and thrown off her game for a minute. As it is she doesn't blink an eye. I'm sure you would agree that if you saw a 30 year older version of your own spouse, brother, sister, etc, you would still recognize them. It would definitely freak you out at the very least.

I'm sure you've googled it by now but Satan is basically the same guy in Islam that he is in Christianity. He's called Iblis Shaitan and he is 'cast out' by God not for revolting but for refusing to bow down before Adam and acknowledge him as God's superior creation. He is the only heavenly being who refuses to do so.

Yeah, it seems like Ray would be working night and day to rebuild his armor or at least something similar. Having him just shrug and say "Oh, well" doesn't make any sense.

So how stupid is Clarissa? She doesn't recognize her husband? A 60 year old is still recognizably the same person as their 30 year old self. The voice would also be the same. She would, at the very least, be deeply confused and disturbed. We, as the audience, have to accept that an actor who looks absolutely

From the photos I've seen, Snart returns to the show as a villain along with Eobard Thawne, Damien Darhk and Malcolm Merlyn. Like Darhk, I'm guessing he is pulled from an earlier point in his timeline before he was redeemed with the Legends and, you know, died. One photo also shows what is probably an earlier

So…..how variable are Kara's powers? One minute she's lightning-fast the next she can't get out of the way of a shambling alien's hammer. She basically just stood there and let him hit her. She can hold up a skyscraper but she can't easily mop up this somewhat slow alien? They need to be consistent with her powers

Yeah his function basically became telling people what they couldn't do and chewing them out when they did something he didn't like.

This show continues to improve. The self-doubt conversations, which seem to be mandatory for CW DC shows, have been kept to a minimum and the freedom from the Vandal Savage storyline has made the show a lot more fun. Still not sure why Mick has reverted to his old persona considering the multitude of years he worked

Wow, Arrow is still holding my attention. I was fully prepared to give up on it after the boring mess that was last season. All of the CW DC shows are improved this year. Hope it keeps up. I see that Kord Industries is still being mentioned. I wonder if DC has relented and we'll be getting Ted Kord / Blue Beetle at

I guess that's a more recent development. Showing my age, but I read DC comics on and off into the 90s and NYC was never referenced. In fact, the only real US city that has been consistently mentioned throughout DC history is Washington D.C. I guess the nation's capitol can't really be given an analog.

On that note, I found it a little odd that the President referred to New York since Metropolis basically IS New York. Unlike Marvel who uses real U.S. cities, DC has always used mostly invented names. Kind of weird to mix it up like that.

Now that's what I'm talking about! This show has just risen to the top of the DC CW heap! A nice balance of sunny optimism and horror (people burned alive!) plus we get Mon-El and Miss Martian introduced in the same episode. Wonder if that will lead to a Legion of Super-Heroes storyline. Didn't Kara see Superman's

So that was entertainment? I actually enjoyed last season up until the finale. This hour-long pointless sadism-fest, however, may have done me in. What a repugnant hour of television. Now we have another ruthless adversary. As good as Jeffrey Dean Morgan is, the character's psycho-smarminess got old real quick. I'm

Supergirl and Flash are the most similar of the CW DC shows. Supergirl is a little less dark and heavier on the "friends and family" stuff but it's also more streamlined and doesn't suffer as much from ridiculous plot holes as the other 3 shows. Flash, Arrow, and LoT seem to have inexplicable actions nearly every

Ha, that's what I do too and I never miss anything important to the main narrative.
