It looks like Stein was only put out of commission because they couldn't afford Giant Atom and Firestorm effects in the same episode.

So he didn't bother to tell anybody what happened? Plus, his demeanor was pretty relaxed and sunny on Supergirl considering how badly things were going Zoomwise. He should have been worried and anxious to get home ASAP since he had no idea how quickly time was passing on his world. For all he knew all of his…
Wouldn't Wally wonder why The Flash was still wearing his outfit when he knows that Wally knows that he has no powers. At that point he was just a guy in a Halloween costume.
Hmmmmm……so is this new Particle Accelerator explosion going to speedify Wally & Jesse at the same time as well as renewing Barry's speed? Might as well do it and get it over with. There's no point in us continuing to wait for it when we know it's inevitable. My guess is that Jesse "Quick" will return to Earth 2 and do…
The last time we saw him he was in King's Landing. Where he went afterwards is unknown. He's definitely not in Meereen with Tyrion.
Yeah, I think the Dorne storyline suffered more than any other from page to screen (not counting those that were eliminated entirely). How much was left? 15% maybe?
I'm not even worried about Martin lagging behind the show anymore since so many of the characters are on completely different trajectories now. Brienne…
You could possibly consider Littlefinger one of the most important, if not THE most important, person in the story since Jon Arryn's death set the whole cluster-event in motion and Joffrey's death kicked up plenty of dirt as well. I'm just glad he's out of King's Landing and we can focus on him as master-manipulator…
Yeah, I noticed in watching the behind-the-scenes stuff that Cavill's costume is actually more colorful than the desaturated version that shows up on screen.
Ha! I had the same feeling when I used to watch Gomer Pyle as a kid. The main character speeding headlong into an embarrassing situation. I would have to look away or say " No, Gomer, don't!" Of course more recent squirm-fests like the UK Office, Larry Sanders and Curb Yr Enthusiasm make that seem like nothing.
This Superman's boots are definitely a brighter red than Cavill's.
I'm hoping for some iteration of Brainiac. Maybe posing as a flesh-and-blood Kryptonian.
They are pretty inconsistent with how Supergirl uses her powers. Many of her sticky situations could be dealt with using super speed and reflexes yet she often fights at normal speed and is unable to get out of the way of things that she should be able to dodge easily.
I get that Supergirl might need to breathe but the idea that she needs "thrust" to fly makes no sense even in context. She's not a jet. That Alex would understand exactly how Kryptonians fly is doubtful since they probably don't fully understand it themselves.
Fun ep overall but the man in the iron mask better be the real Jay Garrick/Flash in some form. If they just totally trashed the Golden Age Flash after all of the homages to the original Flash crossover I will be highly annoyed. Also, why would Zoom's 'time remnant' agree to be killed? As far as he was concerned HE…
I grew up in the 70s during Steve Miller's heyday and I would choose the Black Keys over the SMB anyday. Steve Miller was the epitome of bland, boring corporate rock and it annoys me that he has been inducted ahead of many much more deserving artists. Seriously, this guy's in the Hall of Fame for The Joker, Jet…
Did anybody tell him this is a comic book movie not insightful drama? With the possible exceptions of massive weight gains and losses in movies like Raging Bull and The Machinist, method performances are no better than great turns by actors who just, ya know, act.
I think that was after the 80s reboot. Superman's costume was protected but his cape kept ending up in tatters because it was outside of his personal force field. I don't remember how the cape problem was ultimately solved.
Nah, Cat doesn't know. That line was just meant to be ironic. She lives in the DC universe where people are completely disguised by putting on a pair of glasses and slightly changing the way they wear their hair.
Since they both reincarnate endlessly it's entirely possible that there are future versions of both Carter and Kendra. Unless the death of Vandal Savage, which I assume is coming, breaks the cycle.
It also doesn't help that the season is so broken up. Sometimes narrative momentum is a lot of what a show like this has going for it. After it's taken a month-long break I'm not that quick to go back to it and I let it build up in the queue while trying to decide whether I ever want to watch it again.
