My wife and I purchased a new 2012 Jetta TDI. We were henceforth and unwittingly defrauded by VW for the next three years of ownership. But because we traded the car prior to September 18, 2015 (on a new Jetta Sport), we get no compensation whatsoever. In the meantime, whomever now owns the car gets a buyback…
