You can melt scrap, especially scrap cars to use it again. Where did you hear you cant melt scrap to use it again?

I own a cash for junk cars company in Brooklyn NY and this idea to built bikes from junk cars is a great idea. Everything else is made from junk cars why not bikes. It's as safe as anything else that's made from junk cars. Why do you say this is total BS?
