There are a lot of awesome tweaks that I jailbreak for:

I won't ever click their ads anyways though. Personally I don't feel that their ads are effective now. Clicking that an ad is not relevant to me apparently has no effect. They continue to show the same ads repeatedly for products and services that I have no interest in.

I don't think everyone complaining actually read the article. The ad isn't prevented from loading. It still loads. It still plays. Hulu still gets paid. The only difference is that you don't see it or hear it. You video is still interrupted. No ad network is going to pull their business because a few users cover the

Agreed, I love the idea of this, but without support for multiple monitors, I don't see myself using this.

I have heard that Cards Against Humanity is pretty fun. Do you guys know of any other awesome printable games?

I think catita is talking about re-ripping the tracks and simply putting them in the place of the old tracks, but naming them the exact same way.

The "click here" link wasn't working for me, but going to the home page and creating a new account still worked. Just use the code "LIFEHACK01".

The Dropbox solution would only work if you are a paying customer. If you have a free account, deleted files are only preserved for 30 days. This tip doesn't make that clear and I would hate to see people lost their files.

You can also blocks apps on an app by app basis.

This can also be accomplished with Automator for free. You can save it as a service and then bulk convert from the right-click menu.

For me it was about 3 days later last week. This week it showed up later that day. I am hoping it will continue to be later the day of release.

Agreed, that is what I am looking for. If I just want to do a little browsing, I can fire up Teamviewer or LogMeIn. I would like something that is system wide. I would also love some instructions to route all web traffic through a VPN. Also, how would this work with a mobile device like an iPad?

hmm... Seems to be taking a while to hit iTunes, only the audio has show up so far. I typically watch during lunch on my iPad, so I prefer the HD feed for iTunes. I keep checking back expecting it to be ready for download, but nothing yet.

RSS Feeds are the only way I get info. I have only checked Gawker sites through RSS for a few years now.

You can always just google the title of the article and read it that way.

I have been doing this for a while, but sadly it doesn't transfer over Dropbox. If I set a custom image for a folder on my mac, that custom image won't display on my other macs. Do you have any solutions or work-arounds for that? I want to be able to use custom folder icons in dropbox folders and have them display on

Gizmodo recommend these:

Agreed, I am still on Snow Leopard. My mac is about 4 years old and I am concerned it won't perform well on Lion.

Wouldn't turning off location services render it useless? I greatly hope I am mistaken and that Find My iPhone can activate the location services when needed, but I was under the impression that when location was turned off it couldn't function.
