I hope you are joking
“I scoured everything I could possibly find about why vaccines might be harmful. I became pretty convinced.”
So basically rather than hire QA/Moderation teams to do a good job they’re letting Joe public do it for free and hope it doesn’t get abused.
Purely anecdotal but I’m in my 20s and I don’t know anyone my age who watches these things. My parents and older co-workers do. My friends and I will watch Conan remotes on YouTube or if there’s a particular celeb we like doing a bit on Fallon or Colbert. But actually sit in front of a TV at whatever o’clock to catch…
JLaw is actually so STUNNING at her best, but at the same time, there isn’t anything unique about her look. She looks like your typical American white girl. She’s weird like that
Yep, she’s another Natalie Portman...I never believe her characters are in love/lust with the men they’re with. She even lacks on-screen friendship chemistry. Not a bad actor at all, but she needs to stick to, like loner roles or something. I will never believe that the character she’s playing has friends, lovers, or…
True but counterpoint: this is the only time I have ever actually understood why other people think Jennifer Lawrence is sexy. Like, for some reason, this time she actually seems to have sex appeal and/or manages to look prettier than she usually does.
“We can’t figure out how to get the paperwork right” is not a valid basis for criminal law.
I think there are some genuine logical and logistical issues with expanding our current regime of marriage to more than two partners - a lot of the rights involved basically have to do with acting for or as your partner, and that’s tricky to let three people do. Our entire family law system has to be re-written…
You’re making the assumption that everyone around you on the road is going to drive according to the letter of the law. This will get you into a wreck really fast. Always assume the opposite.
People better be prepared for this to turn out bad. Thing’s been hyped for longer than I’ve seen a game get talked about, and it’s core design is coming from 2009. That doesn’t always hold up well.
Using the lessons of the No Man’s Sky theory of diminishing hype, I’d be very concerned with how quiet they have been about this game. Also on the list of things Sony is suspiciously quiet about: PS VR. For a device that will change the way we play games, you would think they would talk about it a bit more.
Honest question: does anyone really expect this game to be great or even good?
I’m shocked! Shocked I say! Shocked!
On the other hand, how many accidents has Tesla’s autopilot avoided? Perhaps the overall accident rate is less due to autopilot. You just hear about the accidents, which is not the full data set that needs to be considered. Also with accidents due to autopilot did the driver have their hand on the wheel at all times…
I feel like this series is totally under-appreciated. How EA managed to turn what seemed like a terrible cash grab into such a fantastic multiplayer shooter (for all ages, no less) is still a mystery, but these are terrific.
I mean, yeah, I guess it’s not really great to market it as:
“The PS4 Pro supports Native 4K*!”
I have a 4k TV and see no reason to buy this. I can stream 4k from Netflix or Amazon through apps on my television. I can’t play 4k discs with this box, while I’m assuming I can with Scorpio, so why wouldn’t I choose the latter? I’ve already bought discs in 4k because I don’t want to repurchase (in the meantime they…
How? Seriously, with just around 4 Tflops, how would you expect them to hit native 4K with anything close to 30 FPS?
I hope for the sake of the nation that one day, the Green Party will discover that sarcasm does, indeed, exist.
