It’s funny(not funny) that Americans know that some men can be radicalized online by groups like ISIS. But most of the country can’t or won’t see that this is happening with white men in this country. It’s the same kind of tactics and a lot of the same beliefs, such as their hatred of women and homosexuals. It’s a

Bullshit. White flight way predates civil rights protests. You just need an excuse for your racism.

When will white people finally start addressing their terrorist problems????

Dude, I almost flagged your ass.

Everytime it comes up we vote NO to expanding bus service out to St. Charles County.

Another terrorist probably enticed by propaganda online. We should build a wall around them till we figure out what’s going on.

These folk are the daughters and sons of the founders of this country. Their families have built this country, died in its wars, and fought for the rights ... of your German family to come here and enjoy the fruits of their black labor, the laws they fought for, the businesses they helped build and the government that

I see this kind of thing all the time. People complaining that something doesn’t happen, but they’ve taken no time to look up whether that thing happens or not. So when you go over to Fox News you’ll see ‘why does no one in the Muslim community ever speak out against terrorists’...they speak out against terrorists all

Maybe start campaigning for better law enforcement then. The problem is the corrupt system murdering people with no repercussions, not the people objecting to that state.

It is a strategy that has motivated lawmakers to action in other states on other issues- if a company’s bottom line is threatened, they WILL pull out of a state (or at least threaten to) and that terrifies state lawmakers into passing legislation.

If this is what they’re willing to do to an old white woman...

I’m in too.

Protest is a valuable means of publicly displaying dissatisfaction. I am absolutely sure that many of those reading about the happenings in St. Louis (here at The Root and other like websites) support the outcry over the (continued) injustices there. But, we still need to do more.

Did you see the story about all the violence in St. Louis, how THEY are committing MORE violence, all those heartless animals?

Because there are RUSSIANS

Nobody thinks it is OK. She doesn’t think it is OK. She apologized. The people sticking up for her simply acknowledge that it is all too easy to get caught up in the moment, and that her body of work and character notwithstanding that one post should override that moment of weakness.

“why does anyone think it’s OK to call for an assassination?”

White people love to use semantics. They love splitting hairs over the tone of words and the context they’re used in versus their definitions. It’s their mental version of “I’m not touching you!” Trump questioned Obama’s nationality, and blew a symphony of dog whistles, but he never directly called for violence

My hope was that Irma flattened the place. Apparently I have been disappointed yet again in my campaign to manifest disaster on Trump, despite my deepest desire. So far my wishes for him to spontaneously combust when in proximity to holy objects, spaces and people, his head exploding Scanners style, drinking special
