My name is the same as a famous singer yet people still can't spell it or pronounce it.

Yeah, my dad was also the one to put the seed in my brain that maybe abortion is okay. I’d been indoctrinated into the catholic pro-life stance by my mom up until then.
I didn't do a bouquet toss. I still wore a garter even though my husband wouldn't be flinging it over his head to some dude. Didn't save my bouquet either.
Woah, I never realized that!
Thought I saw her in one of the crowd shots. She did not look amused.
I feel that someone at The Daily Show is responsible for that account. And I like it.
I’m probably about as far away from either coast as one can get. But sporting while drinking is one of my favorite things. I was pretty upset when the intramural bowling thing sponsored by my college didn’t allow alcohol even though the alley at the school sold beer otherwise. I bowled a horrible game :-(
Unfortunately, google says I'm 1700+ miles away :-(
I am jealous on my husband's behalf. If this were ever as easily accessed as bowling in the US I'm sure we'd be going curling pretty often.
I also assumed that the headline refered to a veteran vs veterinarian. My mind went from “Oh that sucks,” to “What the actual fuck!”
I’m not highly educated but educated just enough to know that we probably won’t be able to afford college for more than one kid.
That’s another generalization I haven’t thought of or necessarily encountered.
I’m sorry you’re fighting. :-(
I would assume it’s anonymous but Zelda Pinwheel up there would probably know since it happened to her.
I’ve read that shared accounts are against the rules. Clearly those people don’t care. But if they got shut down they might care :-)
Um what?! I was a SAHM for more than a year yet it never occurred to me to make myself [Child]’s Mommy or some other iteration. I think that’s worse than the married couple joint Facebook.
I want to be friends with your sister.
Wonder if I can do that to people who use one account for a married couple... But I'd have to go seek them out since I generally don't friend those people.
I chortled heartily.
I went back to school right before we got married. We each have our own bank accounts and also a joint account. When I quit my old job, I no longer put money in the joint account (meant for mortgage payment, power, water, Internet, etc.) and he increased his contribution to that account to cover all the household…
