Is this how American politics going to be from now on? A Republican takes office, creates multiple disasters and only then can a Democratic President can be allowed to come in just so they can clean up the mess left behind?

The Senate Minority Leader and the erstwhile Vice Presidential nominee voted for someone who is considering bringing back fucking torture.

Mike Pompeo wants to bring back torture, CIA black sites and rip apart the Iran agreement which would lead to war. He will be the head of the world’s foremost intelligence agency and doesn’t believe in climate change (the single biggest national security issue of our time).

Trump just suggested we would go back to using torture at the CIA, and now 15 cowardly Democrats decided to enable him with a yes-man that refused to explicitly denounce torture and violations of international law.
