The same thing happened to me about 1 and a half year ago. It was like i was already way down a pit of depression and somebody just dumped a fuckload of diarrhea shit on top ( thanks, asshole!). I’m not exactly sure about the “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” spiel but I’ve definitely changed a lot after that…
