The Evoque really had no competition if you ask me, but looking at the side profile of the DS, the first thing I thought of was JGC. If properly executed, marketing may be able to drive people towards the DS, away from the JGC. Land Rover could make this into a "Jaguar" type comeback if they do it right—IMO.

It looks so different from a Range, but the rear end shaping really makes it looks more like a Range Rover Sport...and I think that brings value.
