You're telling me that developers aren't basing their choices entirely around your life? Are they even aware of their mistake?

In that case either your friends list is incredibly short or you have lots of friends in real life with consoles and Titanfall which makes you a special case already.

There are people who don't have real life friends (you can stop here, or go on) that don't play the same games as you, so the only way to chat with people in a specific game is to meet them through the game.
