Dead BEFORE Psycho takes place?? This ending came out well on the other side of Psycho, well past where the original movie ended.

Yes. That's the only thing that bugs me. That the truth regarding the deaths of Blair Watson, Bradley Martin & Caleb Calhoun was never discovered. Not to mention the truth regarding Norma's supposed suicide. The guy from the 1st season that they dumped in the lake was Keith Summers. Alex put a few bodies there in the

Hmmm I don't remember that. And I knew Dylan found the bunny. But he didn't know it belonged to Emma as a child. Only Mother did. So Emma doesn't know about the bunny.

I wonder if the stuffed bunny & letter to Emma that Norman kept from Emma's mother will ever be discovered??

Yep, that's what keeps sticking in my mind too.

I agree. And I keep wondering will they ever discover the truth about what really happened to Blair Watson, Bradley Martin, & Caleb Calhoun? Heck, even Keith Summers that rotten POS. And especially Dr. Edwards' fate. If not, it's gonna bug me in feeling like loose ends were never tied up. A full written out confession

I wonder if the truth will ever be discovered regarding the deaths of Blair Watson, Bradley Martin, & Caleb Calhoun?? Not to mention the truth regarding Norma's death! And will we ever know what became of the missing Dr. Edwards???

Dylan Bates?? Try Dylan Massett.

Highmore is an excellent actor. Is the imbalance you're perceiving perhaps of them in character?? Because Norman is a shy wallflower type & Norma is/was a larger than life force of nature. Both actors play their individual roles flawlessly IMO.

I took it to mean his visit with Dylan, since Caleb HAD seen Dylan & Norma's death wasn't discussed between them. Caleb thought at first Dylan would have told him about Norma being dead, but when Caleb paused for a bit, he was remembering that Dylan had said he was no longer on speaking terms with his mom, which meant

Logically, it's inconsistent. Romero or someone would've gotten in touch with Dylan or Emma that very nite. Community people would've reached out, even if just to Emma or even her dad. Plus it surely would've been in the paper the next day about the pretty young Sheriff's wife dying of CM poisoning! Hell, even Chick

But not that nite it happened, surely. Or they could've reached out to Emma as well!

But again, I come back to how Norman could've pushed thru anything funeral-wise with no money - and how Romero wouldn't have been required to sign off on everything being her next of kin. The funeral home would've had to had approval in some form from Romero as her husband. Plus wouldn't it surely have been published

Well, there must've been suspicions, otherwise the Oregon State Police wouldn't have been involved. Plus Romero specifically told her to investigate Norman.

You would've thought there would've been a death notice or something published about the Sheriff's wife dying of CM poisoning, though. Even just out of respect to the Sheriff, you'd think some people would show??

I agree a million percent!!! Too many hollow, unrealistic plot holes. And I've NEVER had a bad word to say about Bates. I was rather disappointed in this episode TBH.

Yes!! That was another thing that bugged me! They didn't really check out all the possibilities, especially since Sheriff Romero was her husband!!

Can't figure out a few things. First, how could Dylan not have found out? Like they don't have friends in the community who would've gotten in touch (even with Emma), or they surely could have received the news from back home in some way? Weird. Second, how realistic was it for there to have been no guests at the

I laughed a couple of times, but this was a very boring, extremely anticlimactic season finale. Meh.

One of the better episodes this season. I laughed several times, unlike most of Season 9's offerings.
