It happens slowly, but the shift is happening. I think most parents are hesitant to fully embrace it not because of hate but because they are nervous that other people will judge the child, or worse.  It’s usually out of fear and the need to protect.

You are absolutely right. This website too..

I agree- it’s confusing and ridiculous.

I’m confused.. is this really “the” coat for the richy rich of New York? It’s $150. My north face cost a LOT more than that and I‘m not a richy rich! I live in Chicago so I need a really warm coat. I guess I don’t understand how people think this is expensive enough to find it exclusive.

Is the $30 down? It may end up not keeping you very warm at 10 degrees F if not.

I use the term “powder my nose” when I want to put powder up my nose.  Just me?

This man has nothing to do with Trump.

Ehh that’s all well and good but Sexiest Man Alive should be hot and John is decidedly not.

In the great tradition of The Sixth Sense, Large Marge in Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have this division of labor. All of my working mom friends have the same gripes.  Women typically take on the extra duty of family manager, not because they want to but because it won’t get done otherwise. And my husband does help, but not without specific lists and asks.

Not packing lunch for your child is “self care” now? I understand emotional labor and exhaustion but making lunches is where you draw the line? Ok.

It’s all I think of when I hear “Browns Chicken.” That and the jingle:

You didn’t go back because it was too weird due to all the black people?

She throws her racquet then won’t look at her, but the other girl is somehow in the wrong?

So everyone can see what?? The firm handshake?

Came here for my dose of Bruce!

As a soccer mom I take offense to that!!

He makes fun of children who are sexual assault survivors, too. I’m a sexual assault survivor. I knew his comedy goes over the line, but I think it’s really funny.

Not all comedians are for everyone.  But all comedians should be able to do their act their way.  If you are afraid of certain subjects, don’t go to see Chapelle.

It’s an analogy.
