Rubbish. The tattooist had just as much agency to choose where to place his work. If he and the client don’t mutually agree, he’s free to refuse and she’s free to go somewhere else.
So you choose to discredit the artist that, not two seconds earlier, you were crying about refusing to tattoo you in a very particularly visible part of your bod. Which an artist has every right to do.
