Nah. I’ve served quite a few times and there are smart people and the not so smart. And it pisses me off when people think they’re too good/busy/important to serve on a jury. Everyone should do it at least once.

I think you’re right about people not understanding “proof beyond a reasonable doubt”. I’ve served on 5 juries and that is always a confusing point for people.
