Also, could I get out the greys please??? I never post much, but when I do, it’s high quality! <3

Now playing

If it helps at all, I’m tearing up for little boy Bjorn now as well. What a wonderful name! Little baby Bjorn! I do a neat karaoke version of Bjork’s It’s Oh So Quiet and I’ll dedicate the live one I’m singing in concert in a few weeks to you, Bjorn, and your family, if you like. I’ll also raise you and Bjorn up to my

JFC. If I squint really hard, I can kinda see how this might not be intentionally malicious: whoever prepared this assignment may have been thinking of ways to make math meet the theme of Black History Month. But fuck, you couldn’t have used Hidden Figures???

Another really sad thing about this story is that by going with FC, Anna Stubblefield denied D.J. a chance to learn to communicate independently using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods, e.g., pointing to pictures on communication boards or using communication apps such as Proloquo2go on an iPad.

As someone who used to run field trips (former preschool teacher), I hope you and the kids got home safely - and that you got to have the beverage/recreational drug of your choice!

At least it’s only a handsake. I went to an United Church of Christ service where everybody spent about ten minutes wandering around the xhurch and giving hugs. <shuddders>

I’m commenting for the first time to share this story: When I was in middle school, my family and another family - the O’Donnells - would go to midnight mass together on Christmas Eve. The O’Donnells had a little boy (around age 8), named Coline. Colin ran wild, and hardly ever faced consequences for his actions.
