It could just be that the ones I have gone to are shitty lol, but some people I have talked to have had similar experiences at other Popeye’s locations as well. I mean, they’re ‘not bad’ in the way that McDonald’s is ‘not bad’ when you want a burger and you’re out of other options and don’t want to cook. It’s still a shitty burger, and Pizza the Hutt, while definitely more survivable than Domino’s or the butt blaster that is Papa John’s, is still shitty pizza.

A Facebook style comment system would be horrible. Comments in these articles branch off far more often and far deeper than facebook posts, and therefore a comment system that allows for such activity is necessary.

"Why" questions are completely worthless in most circumstances - most people's minds go to some kind of epistemological fog when attempting to answer these questions, and they generally just give up. Some variation on "how so?" or "what makes that the case?" usually works better.
