Is their intended joke dumb and insensitive? Yes
Is it racist? No

One more fan and it’d be considered a Grand Slam

You know what would be good reporting? Asking a lawyer what they thought about this. But this is not good reporting. So you didn’t do that. Cool cool.

So I lived in S. Korea for about three years and while the office I worked in did not have beds/sleeping areas, it was generally NOT frowned upon if you grabbed some sleep in the middle of the day at your desk. I’m not saying everyone who uses these beds is doing so during normal work hours, but at least in S. Korea

I lived in Korea for three years. It was extremely easy to learn to read their alphabet. The average person could do it in 2 hours. The grammar is difficult, but I can’t see how it’s up there with Japanese and Chinese in terms of difficulty.

Classic example of legislation that is meant to make people feel better as opposed to actually solving the problem.

“that number went down to 69"

“Read my lips: No new harassment!”

I find it so distressing that these rich people can’t get along.

Hahaha. Yes. I don’t hate her, but i definitely don’t think she’s that funny.

I guess I was replying to the original controversy, before she came out and said she didn’t ask for Chris and Dave money.

I don’t find her all that funny but if someone is willing to pay her what she asks then good for her. That’s the free market.

I just moved into a new apartment and now have two new roommates. I’ve never lived alone my whole life (32 years of age). This is the first time I’ve ever encountered someone who completely dries off ON THE BATH MAT!! 8 hours later there’s still water in the thing and what sucks is it is right in front of the

Did you happen to see a black car that day?

Does anyone else get annoyed at the all the spelling/grammar mistakes? I know it’s not a huge deal but it’s pretty annoying when 50% of the articles have simple mistakes.

All I’m arguing is that you should wait to actually watch an episode or two before laying judgement on it. That’s not an irrational argument. That’s actually the opposite of having prejudice against it.

So should we get rid of the Ken Burn’s Civil War documentary? How about the movie Lincoln? Oh wait, let’s get rid of Roots....the book and the miniseries. They all involve slavery and the confederacy.

Yes. That is accurate. I’m upset that you are lumping everything into one negative opinion after only knowing a few details and before seeing any of it.

Everyone is bashing this without having seen a second of it. Doesn’t that strike you as a preemptive judgement? Couldn’t it be said that it’s....prejudice?

The left is eating itself.
