@Alaska Jack: It depends on the type of job. Some jobs are only expected to last two to three years with my employer. However, we also have jobs that require longevity. The people I usually see that are job hoppers are making constant lateral moves, which suggests low growth potential upwards, which is a notch

@zombies.like.lattés.too: Put the jobs you held, but note them as having been summer employment during school. Your job history won't be so important for your first job out of school unless you have work related to your field. But the existing work is important as it shows you didn't bum around during the summers

This is very timely... I need a time tracking app like yesterday. I'm excited to look at what the LH community offers up.

@St3v3: I'm actually more loyal to LH than I am to Digsby. Digsby just happens to be the current app that does what I need. If something better comes along, I'll switch. LH holds a much more meaningful place with me. What bothers me is that LH is being used as a rant blog to complain like a petulant child rather

The LH rant is beating a dead horse now that I think more about it. The mistake Digsby made was uncovered and reported, albeit without any any option for Digsby to provide a comment prior to its posting. Rather than continue with the practice, they posted a blog asking users what they want, and mind you they already

@Paul Gardner: I think when they said that they are a small company trying to figure out revenue models, they, in so many words, admitted that they are still learning. That seems like admitting to a mistake. It's not really an apology, but instead they opted to ask the users what they want and then met the masses

@togeboge: I don't cedaguol's comment dealt with time and efficiency so much as it did question the purpose for this script. It doesn't seem like there would be a need for this item at all, and the better response would state why the script is worthwhile.

@jasonbarone: So at the end of the day you are using child abuse to say that you won't involve yourself with things that you feel breach your personal trust. Sensationalism is great, isn't it?

This still feels like overreaction. Obviously reporting on it helped correct the issue, which they seemed to do without much push-back, if any. I think Digsby has been fine through this whole thing. They acknowledged a mistake and fixed it. I stopped using Pidgin becuase the feature set in Digsby better fit my

I really like these additional features to the original IE Tab extension. I am forced to use two sites that requires IE at my job. Preserving cookies is quite nice. I still hold out hope that one day, IE related extensions will not be required.

@mjschmidt: This is IE Tab, just with some added features. It has the little icon and all.

@lmiller867: I desire to obtain a job that allows this sort of dress/behavior. Where might I apply?

@tselby: I think that was on gizmodo.

Don't forget to get a cleaning kit. You'll want to clean it with each keg change, at least. I got my conversion kit and cleaner from [www.micromatic.com] and I'm very happy with everything.

I was just planning on growing a beard in October. I hear that saves a ton of money on blades.

I'll stick with my paper shredder. I got this one at an office supply store for $180 and it was worth every penny. [www.fellowes.com]

I always thought forearm and hand pain were more a symptom of dysgraphia and not actually an issue with holding the pen. Eh, I don't know... [en.wikipedia.org]

@moore850: Commercially made Kamado cookers also work well, for those who can't build a brick fire pit. [www.kamadojoe.com] is an example of one. Bit of advice, I hear that the elaborate Kamado's sold as yard art fall appart easy. I've never used one, so I don't know if that's true.

I had a friend who did this. It worked well, but it gave him a BBQ itch that could only be scratched by the smooth hands of professional BBQ equipment. Beware.
