Yes, 22 is the last issue. There probably won't be a second oversized volume. Instead, Marvel is just putting out the whole thing in the omnibus. I too picked up the OHC v1 thinking there would be a second OHC. I'll probably just end up picking up issues 12-22 in TPB. I'm certainly not shelling out for the omnibus.
