Yeah, I watched this today expecting to love it, but those jokes felt tired. Props to him anyway for plowing through. And admittedly, a warmer audience might have helped with timing, etc. It’s probably hard to deliver to such a quiet audience.
Also, relationship plots are a great way to frame conversations about much bigger issues that are relevant to a specific time in history.
