First gear: The way the quoted portion is written, it makes it sound like it's everyone except the original 13 states. It would be intetesting to see a breakdown state by state, as I don't think it's *just* a flyover state obsession.

Foota split second, I thought this was my home town. The truck even has Washington plates! That is a very common esthetic for coastal Washington. 

Put the original engine in the garage, and grab your friend's 360. You'll be much happier in the long run, and I don't think it'll affect your resale value at all.
