Those were my two favourite growing up as well!. Also loved Early Edition, with Kyle Chandler before he was Coach Taylor. It was the idea that there was a different challenge every week.

That was a great interview. It's fun to see when an actor truly seems to enjoy all the work that he's done. I never actually thought about the challenge of Quantum Leap being just a two-person cast, and it's one of my favourite shows of all time.
George Michael's "Freedom 90". That should have told us everything we needed to know about the man.
It's not that bad. It's just not as good as the first two fantastic seasons.
You should check out the comics - Zuko rails on him for calling him Sifu Hotman LOL
Yep - I saw that right after I posted. Decided to live with the shame.
No mention of Laurence Fishburne and Gina Torres on Hannibal?
I get that a lot. It's even worse as a woman - people just look at me strangely because I'm carrying around a graphic novel. It's like I'm some sort of alien.
Anyone who snidely tells me that "they don't watch cartoons" is automatically dead to me. Not only do they have no idea about the quality of storytelling that can be told through animation, but they're unwililng to consider it and dismiss an entire fantastic genre as child stories.
Not to mention it is pretty much a mini-episode. There's a full story in that intro.
Deacon Claybourne on Nashville - Chip Esten is the best thing about that show, and he did the alcoholic storyline so incredibly well.
Agreed. The question was never "is Sherlock actually dead?" It was always "how the hell did he do it?"
I'm so done with "the bad guy's a Senator" trope. Every time a procedural has a case where the bad guy killed someone to keep his political power, it absolutely drives me nuts.
The Old Apartment is a fantastic song.
The song mentions both Sting, the X-Files, Kurosawa AND Sailor Moon. Don't care what that dude says - that song is fun.
Definitely YLVIS. Venture beyond "The Fox" to see how freakin hilarious these guys really areā¦the Stonehenge video, the Intellevator series, etc. Find as much of the English subtitled stuff as you can. They're brilliant comedians.
Do No Harm should also have won Worst Final Line Of An Episode."
NBC has a decent record of quality - they just are the WORST at promotion, scheduling, patience etc.
In the past several years, NBC has given us Hannibal, Chuck, Community, Awake, Parks & Rec, Grimm, Parenthood, 30 Rock.
If you had a really good looking 10-cent piece, you might say, "MY DIME IS FLY."
What a brilliant article, and such a detailed analysis of the cinematography and visual direction of the show.
How did it not get nominated for one of those Emmys, seriously?!
