I find all the Qiqi hate silly, wveryone hates her until C6 but you caanot get C6 without C0-C5. I actively roll for Qiqi at this point because she is a solid healer. Yes its all she does but in spiral abyss or even some boss fights (She can solo Azhdaha while standing in everything) there is nothing better when you

EVGA walking away from them sealed it for me. When such a good company walks like that, and will suffer for it, people should take notice.

This.

I remember when one of the big selling points of the 10-series NVidia GPUs was not only increased performance graphically, but also reduced power consumption at the same time. Now they’ve basically just said “fuck it” on efficiency just to pump out bigger numbers.

The 40 series has to be the worst price to performance ratio in a line of enthusiast grade cards for a long time. Nvidia have gotten so greedy they’re marketing a 60/70 level card as a “cheaper” 80 series card with an utterly absurd price tag to boot.

Come in Intel, get with EVGA and leverage their expertise.

Same.

You forgot to highlight the two rtx4080 with really different specs they plan to sell under the same name, and all the people who will buy the wrong one

Because this is a gaming site and the cost of gaming hardware is of interest to gamers, ergo the people reading this site for gaming related news.

Guess AMD is my graphics card designer of choice for the foreseeable future.

With an attitude like that, I am pretty sure my next GPU upgrade is going to be AMD. The whole Moores law thing aside, production just becomes cheaper as the production is made more efficient. Hardware getting cheaper over time has always had less to do with Moores law than simply finding cheaper ways to do things in

We’ll see what AMD does. If they can put out a card at nearly 50% the price for similar performance then we might actually seem team red gain some real market share.

I know I said “I’m good with AMD’s for my CPU, but I’ll never drop Nvidia for a GPU”, but with these prices I’m pretty sure I’ll make the sacrifice.

I really hope AMD does not drop the ball on this. This is one of their big opportunity to take a shit all over NVIDIA and take the lead.. if they’re competent enough to make it happen.

The bit about buying 3000 series reminded me a lot of the whole “We have a product for people who aren’t able to get some form of connectivity, it’s called Xbox 360"

Well, Huangers, choke on ‘em. Best believe I’m done. Done with your company and you.

Sure Moore’s Law is dead. Does that mean that it’s impossible to engineer a better card that costs the same as the previous generation did a couple of years ago? Hell no it doesn’t.

I cannot tell you how badly I want RDNA 3 to kick butt and come eat all of Nvidia’s lunch. Both of them overbooked chips before the crypto crash, and if AMD doesn’t flub this opportunity, they can sell through that inventory while Nvidia tells us to get over their terrifying prices.

Opinion...
Ghost of Tsushima was superior to the most of the Assassin’s Creed games. The first few were good, then they lost their way.
If anything, they should take a good hard look at Tsushima and figure out how to improve on it.
