I don’t get why they (someone, anyone) won’t just go ahead and make a huge crossover. Minivan sized inside, crossover looks outside. Bit more ground clearance, “Tough looking” body cladding. Awd available. Squarer nose. Like a morph of a Kia Sorento and Sedona.
