In Ontario Canada where I live that is the finding of public health officials. Vaping was invented as a gateway to smoking like it or not. Not saying people cant use it for other reasons. And its still a shitty thing to do to your body.

The vape industry was started to get youths into smoking. None of them needed to vape and now their addicted to nicotine and smokes are cheaper. Some people vape to quit smoking but they are the minority.
