I see your point, yes, it’s neither the first nor the last game that won’t deliver on it’s promises or has a buggy launch. But still, that doesn’t make it ok.

We should still complain about them and point it out until they stop doing it, not have that attitude of “everyone does it so whatever”.

The funny part is how the directors will defend the changes most likely claiming “we had to adapt the story to better fit western audiences” but it’s those changes what will make the movie fail.

Removing sex and gambling references is one thing, but knife icons and blood splatters on a game about shooting people... that’s just silly

It’s all a matter of how they word it. If they ban a game because “it has sex on it” then they should ban all games with sex regardless of how much screentime it has.

If they are against games that focus exclusively on sex or want to force some silly rule like 1 boob per hour of actual gameplay, then they should state

When everyone start taking games so seriously and competitively, they stop being games you do for fun and start to sound more like stressfull shitty jobs.

If a terrorist wanted to blow something, he wouldn’t stand out and wear clothes that totally making him look like a post apocaliptic serial killer, he’d wear casual clothes and blend in so no one notices until the last moment. Just saying.

There are just too many youtuber wannabes. When someone gets too popular and starts demanding more respect, you cut him off and let a new one in. Why care about your employers when there’s a line outisde your company of people that will happily work for free.

Have you ever heard of patents? You can claim ownership of concepts and ideas and then no one can (legally) reproduce it without giving you money. This is how everything works, not just games and software.
