Giz, the more I read these #soundtrack posts, the more I think you and I are musical soulmates.

Yes! I began listening to Mono several months ago after they began popping up on my EITS station on Pandora. Good call on the song.

When I close my eyes and imagine these videos as one of the Sesame Street/Jim Henson ogre-looking muppets pronouncing the words, it totally makes me giggle. Especially when they pronounce "Jake Gyllenhaal."

I just read this weekend that Google has killed off all of the services they inherited from their purchase of Slide. One of the more interesting of those services was one called "Disco" which allowed me to set up a group chat with my family.

Kudos to Steck on this achievement - this is pure, distilled awesomeness. My biggest question is not how HE did it, though, but how the camera crew filmed this?

For a very long time, I refused. I refused to be sucked into the hype, the magic, the wanderlust people claimed to experience with Apple products. I was practical, and loyal to boot, so I stuck by my PC choices, holding back naysayers with my shows of customization and non-Mac software.

Whale isn't that cute? I'm blubbering over it! Call me a d-orca, but I totally want one.

What a bummer. As an iPad user, I have to say that I was a little jealous at some of the UI and design aesthetics of WebOS.

@DH405 Your racism is not amusing.

I imagine that the constant screaming was partly due to the traumatization of seeing the stage collapse; the other part is realizing that they were standing on what probably felt like shaky bleachers in 60+ mph winds, and feeling like they were in danger as well.

If Apple is going to allow pictures to be taken with the volume up button, I doubt they would move back to the rocker volume switch - too much confusion.

I actually hope this is the next iPhone - the fugly factor will keep me from lusting after it, and I'll be content to hang on to my iPhone 4 for another year.

That's funny. You'd think that if they were a hipster band they'd want pictures from the Hipstamatic app. Wait, what's that you say . . . ?

For some reason, this seems like something out of a Steven Spielber/JJ Abrams movie. Perhaps it's the white kids with fancy cameras. Perhaps it's "adventure-of-youth-mixed-with-moments-of-authentic-humor" feeling of the whole thing. Not sure.

I believe they're from Asics' Onitsuka Tiger collection:

I almost spit out the iced coffee from my Trenta-sized Starbucks. Really, what has America come to?

I think you just answered your own question.

Is it just me, or does anyone else see Green Day in Fig. 5? In which case, I probably wouldn't be recording anyway.
