Add to the list of the C-130’s roles; a mobile hyperbaric chamber. It was used by the Indian army during one of their long-running conflicts with Pakistan.

A quick search on POGOs website suggests that they still don’t like the C-130J in fact if they had their way the U.S. wouldn’t have bought a single C-130J. They claim that the older models are still superior and that retiring older C-130s was unnecessary.

It seems like only yesterday we were able to crank out functional aircraft with regularity.

Call me crazy buy I love the C-130.
