I like your points. The only thing I hate though is when people speak (or write) in absolute terms. Such as, "you're NEVER going to get a high quality bandwidth stream".

@Lupus_Yonderboy: Yep, it sucks. I'm silver now too. I have the 1500 family plan with 3 phones (EVO, and 2 Heros) $129 plus $10 for my EVO and $20 for the 3rd line and I still don't qualify. Sad thing is, with the any mobile calling I only use about 15-30 of those 1500 minutes.

@Lupus_Yonderboy: You know that in April that all changes right? Unless you are on their most expensive single user or family plan we are losing the yearly upgrades.
