I can’t agree on that with the Model X. The front of Model X is dorky too.

This assumes that the city has charging infrastructure all around to make this a complete megacity car. May be we will have electrified roads in future.

A lot of salesmen don’t know anything about i3. It is quick for sure. 0-30 is fast but may not be the quickest of all BMW’s.

It is like driving a Camry vs 5 series. Depends on your taste.

Again, the most important aspect of i3 is when you are charged up. Unfortunately, lot of people think what happens when you run out of battery? Yeah. Ask yourself what happens when you run out of your gas in your ICE car?

This is actually good for your brakes as mechanical brakes are not used often. Regen uses engine braking. You will love this once you are used to Regen.

Were you using the 20 inches or the 19 inch “Summer” wheels/tires? People have found that 19’s are better than the 20’s.

I have it and I love it. There is no way I can go back to ICE for my next car. Typical BMW handling and the rush from 0-30 is amazing. I use REx occasionally as there is not much charging infrastructure. Best commuter car for running around town. I call it Quirky. The only negative is the range but hopeful that BMW

Yupp.. It opens up for the folks in the back row. Similar to what Honda did on their Odyssey. My kid loves it too.

They had to purposefully cut the gas tank to qualify for BEVx category for tax breaks. In fact this is the reason why the EU model has 2.4 gallons while the US model has 1.9 gallons. The fuel supply is cut off after 1.9 gallons by the software. “Coding” resolves this issue.
